How it works
Each item is produced specifically for you after payment is confirmed. Production begins right away, so there is no unnecessary inventory waiting in a warehouse.
Production time
Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping. Printful prints, inspects, and packages every order. Production can take slightly longer during high-demand periods.

We ship internationally to select countries. International orders generally arrive within 10–20 business days after production. Import duties or taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves the facility. If you have not received this within 10 business days of ordering, email support@crwnthreads.com.
Returns & exchanges
Because pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selections. If your item arrives damaged, defective, with a print error, or as the wrong item or colour, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund it at no cost.
Lost or stolen packages
CRWN Threads is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please check with neighbours and your local post office first, then email support@crwnthreads.com and we will do our best to help.
