CRWN Threads is a faith-based apparel brand operated as an online dropshipping store. We use Printful to produce and ship all orders on our behalf. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy refer to CRWN Threads.
What information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name and email address, shipping address, optional phone number, payment information processed securely by Stripe, and the products ordered including colour and variant selections. We do not create user accounts or store passwords.
How we use your information
We use information to process and fulfil orders through Printful, communicate about order status and shipping, respond to customer service inquiries, and improve our store and product offerings. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
Stripe processes payment data. Printful receives shipping addresses and order details necessary to produce and ship items.
Data retention & rights
Order data is retained for up to 7 years to comply with accounting and tax regulations. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data, subject to legal obligations.

Our site uses only essential cookies required for the shopping cart to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
